Discovery
Follow the work and listen to the people doing it. Separate visible symptoms from structural causes.

Soluts puts owner-managed and manager-led operations in order: process, people, numbers and the flows that connect them. Designed with you, implemented to keep running after we leave.
Explore↓Most operational challenges are not caused by a lack of effort.
They come from unclear flows, invisible dependencies, inconsistent decisions, and systems that grew by accident. Soluts brings an operator’s perspective to make that complexity understandable, and fixable.
Work depends on one person
When they are off, decisions wait.Processes live in people’s heads
Nothing is written down, so nothing can be handed over. The numbers arrive late
Last month’s problems are found this month.Ownership is unclear
Two people each think the other one is handling it.Growth created complexity
What worked at one size gives way at the next.Service quality is inconsistent
The result depends on who is on shift.Reporting does not drive action
Reports are produced, read and filed.Tools create more work than they remove
Every new system needs a spreadsheet to feed it.Every engagement starts with an audit. From there it can cover one stubborn bottleneck or the wider operating model. The scope follows the problem.
Follow the operation, map the work, and identify the constraints with the greatest business impact.
↗02Redesign the sequence, handoffs, decisions, and controls so work moves clearly from start to finish.
↗03Turn practical knowledge into usable standards, checklists, and guidance, not documents that sit unread.
↗04Clarify who owns what, where decisions happen, and how teams coordinate across functions.
↗05Put a small set of numbers in front of whoever runs the business, on time, from a source they trust, so problems are visible early.
↗06Written, video and audio material in the format staff will actually use. On the job, not in a classroom.
↗07Design the flows and automations, AI included, that take repeated work off people and keep information moving. Applied to a process that works, never to one that does not.
↗08Run the projects the operation cannot absorb on its own: openings, refurbishments, system changes, relocations. Scope, plan, owners, cadence, and the follow-through until it is done.
↗09Embed the new way of working through pilots, training, iteration, and hands-on support.
↗01Fewer unnecessary steps and handoffs
02Clear ownership and faster decisions
03Useful standards without bureaucracy
04Better visibility of capacity and performance
05Consistent service across people and locations
06Technology that removes work instead of adding it
Direct senior involvement from audit to implementation. Close enough to understand the detail; experienced enough to see the whole system.
Follow the work and listen to the people doing it. Separate visible symptoms from structural causes.
Map the flow, quantify the friction, and agree which constraints matter most to the business.
Create the simplest workable system across roles, decisions, processes, tools, and management routines.
Pilot, train, adjust, and embed. The work is not finished when the recommendation is presented.
A fixed-scope diagnostic of how the operation actually runs, against how it is believed to run. Findings, priorities and a plan, in writing.

Our point of view
Technology is useful when it improves the operation. The operation always comes first.
Two technology assets the firm builds and operates. The firm’s own operating methods, made into tools.

A senior operating partner, not a slide deck.
I am Cláudio Silvestre. I have spent more than twenty years in hospitality and short-term rental operations across several markets, most recently as Head of Operations for a multi-market portfolio of hotels and apartments.
The problems I found there are the same ones in every owner-managed business, and in every hotel or portfolio run by a manager: one person holds it together, the process lives in people’s heads, and the numbers come too late to act on. The fixes are known. What is missing is someone to implement them.
There’s always a solution. Há sempre uma solução.
The founder’s own phrase, used for twenty years with owner-operators who believed they were stuck. Earned, not invented.
