Sprint

Implement one operational system and make it stick: the process, the written standard, the reporting cadence, the people trained on it, and automation where it earns its place.

Who it is for

  • A business that has done the Audit, or already knows exactly which system is broken.
  • One constraint worth fixing properly: booking to check-in, purchasing, month-end numbers, onboarding, maintenance, shift handovers.
  • An owner or general manager willing to give the team the time to change how they work.

What happens

  1. Weeks 1–2 · Design

Map the current flow with the people who run it. Agree the target flow, the roles, the decision points and the numbers that will show it is working.

  2. Weeks 3–6 · Implement

Write the standard, set up the reporting, train on the job, run the new flow alongside the old one until it holds. Automate the repeated steps once the manual version works.

  3. Weeks 7–8 · Hand over

Run it without us in the room. Fix what breaks. Leave a maintenance routine and a named owner.

What you get

  • 01One process running the new way, with a named owner.
  • 02The standard or playbook in the format staff will use: written, checklist, video or audio.
  • 03A reporting cadence: which numbers, who sees them, when.
  • 04Staff trained on the job, not in a classroom.
  • 05Automations for the repeated steps, documented so they can be maintained.
  • 06A definition of done, agreed at the start: the process runs without us.

What it is not

  • Not a company-wide change programme. One system, done properly, then the next.
  • Not a technology project. Tools come last, and only if the process needs them.
  • Not a report. The deliverable is a working process.

Fee and next step

Fixed fee, set by the scope agreed at the end of the Audit or after a scoping call. Half at the start, half at hand-over.

[PLACEHOLDER: Sprint fee band]

After the Sprint Most businesses either run the system themselves from here, or move to a Retainer to keep implementing the next one.
