Using this site
You may read this site, share it and link to it. Please do not copy it to republish or resell, misuse the forms or the chat assistant, or try to break into the site or overload it.
Information, not advice or an offer
What you read here, including the chat assistant’s replies, is general information about how we work. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not an offer. Any work we do is agreed in a written proposal and contract, which set the scope, the fees and the terms that apply to that work.
The chat assistant
The assistant is an AI. It can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important with us at info@soluts.pt. Please do not share sensitive personal data in it. How we handle what you write is explained in the privacy policy.
Our content and name
The text, design and documents on this site, and the Soluts name and brand, belong to Soluts or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with credit and a link. Anything more needs our written permission.
Other sites
Some links open pages run by others, such as the Google booking page. Their own terms apply there, and we are not responsible for their content.
Availability and liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising only from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Privacy and cookies
How we use personal data, and the little that is kept in your browser, is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
Law and disputes
Portuguese law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that protect you.
You can also file a complaint in the official electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) at livroreclamacoes.pt.
